You have two appointment type options when signing an MC agreement.

Option 1: In-Person

In-person appointments are held in one of our three office locations.

1. Arrive on campus early to ensure you find adequate parking.
2. Bring a photo ID with your name.
3. Arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
